Lantau Island (all day, JAN 1) $55 USD Ancient fort at Tung Chung, Tai O fishing village, Giant Buddha, Po Lin Monastery, Ngong Ping Village
Lamma Island Boat (all day, Jan 2) $25 USD Small island still relatively quiet with a few trails on it, no cars. A very good getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hong Kong
Victoria Harbour (evening, Jan 1) $40 USD One of the world’s busiest natural harbours: stunning skyline views, the coastline, and “Symphony of Lights” show
